Govt Sec. School, Singchung is situated on the lap of nature with lush green forest covered in the South- East direction of Tenga Market in a valley. It was established as primary school in the year 1971. The School offers Co-education with an enrolment of approximately 500 students beginning from Class I to X . The school comprises five buildings with sufficient number of Classrooms. Separate rooms for integrated Science Laboratory , Computer Lab , Library and activity room for the students are available in sufficient number. It is completely equipped to impart education to its students catering to the need of them in a proper manner. It is a state Government run school and is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The school is following CCE right from Class-I to X as per the CBSE guidelines and the Education Department of the state.
